Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. On November 6, 1913, Mirza Baygum, daughter of the late Sayyid ‘Abd Allah from Jahrum and wife of Haj Shaykh ‘Abd al-Majid, and her son, Shaykh Ahmad, give power of attorney to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin to take care of their claims over the other inheritors of Haj Shaykh ‘Abd al-Majid. Additionally, Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin has permission to make all decisions except for a settlement, which requires secondary approval.
